How Much Does a Magnetite Installation in Singapore Cost?
If you’re considering Magnetite secondary glazing, one of the first questions you’ll probably have is, “How much is it going to cost?”
The honest answer is that every installation is a little different. The size of your windows or doors, the type of Magnetite system you choose, and the way your existing windows are built all play a part in the final price.
That said, we believe it’s important to give you a realistic starting point so you can budget.
- Noise Shield starts from SGD 650 per square metre, plus GST.
- Heat Shield starts from SGD 540 per square metre, plus GST.
These are our starting prices. From there, we’ll provide a fixed quotation after a free site visit, where we measure your windows, assess the installation, and recommend the most suitable system for your home.
So, what makes one installation cost more than another? Here’s what goes into the price:
- Size – Larger windows and doors require more material and naturally cost more.
- System Type – Sliding systems such as Easyglide and Slider cost more than the standard Classic lift-off panel because they require additional components and installation time.
- Installation Requirements – Some homes require additional work, such as building out a frame for flush-mounted windows or working around more complex installation conditions.
Our pricing is straightforward. A small bathroom window and a full-height sliding door simply require different amounts of material and labour. During your free site visit, we’ll assess your installation and provide a clear quotation without any hidden costs. Material, installation and our 7- year warranty are included in all our quotes.
Do Sliding Systems Cost More Than Lift-Off Panels?
Yes. Our Easyglide and Slider systems are priced higher than the standard Classic lift-off panel because they include additional components and more complex installation. The exact difference will be detailed in your quotation.
Is GST Included?
No. All prices above are quoted before GST. Our official quotation during your site visit will include 9% GST.
Do Frame Colours Affect the Price?
No. Our standard white, black, and grey frame finishes are all priced the same. Additional colours are available on request and additional cost.
